In fact, we’re just three regular guys who decided to find a fun way to chronicle our health & fitness journey. This is it.
We’re not telling you what or how to do anything. We just want to encourage you to do SOMETHING! And then have fun journaling it along with us.
WorkoutBrothers.com is all about two regular guys who are committed to making health and fitness goals 30 days at a time. We’re not big into mega huge New Year’s Resolutions. Why? They never pan out.
Instead we’ve come up with our #One30. It’s making a choice to focus on ONE BIG THING for 30 DAYS! Simple enough, right?
At the beginning of every month, we’ll kick off a new round of #One30. Hopefully, your previous month will be a success and you’ll have momentum going forward!

Jon will graduate this May (2010) from nursing school. He's been working hard to complete this for the last 3 years. Imagine having to study almost 24/7 and ALSO fitting in time to workout and eat right. Way to go, Jon!
Russ is a graphic designer and singer/songwriter specializing in writing music for worship in church gatherings.
Keith is a caddy at Sea Island (Georgia) and is a certified Personal Trainer. He enjoys CrossFit and researching and teaching primal/paleo nutrition.
